Six steps from sign-up to checking your posts
You sign up and order the Citation & Mention Network online. Publishing starts on a monthly subscription from the order date, and you can open every published post in the client area.
From sign-up to checking the originals
- Sign upSign up with your company name and contact details. Korea-registered businesses only.
- Register your brandRegister your brand name, description, official page and any expressions to avoid.
- OrderChoose the number of posts and submit your business registration certificate. You can download a quotation (PDF) for internal approval at this step.
- PaymentPay by bank transfer to the account provided, and we issue a tax invoice.
- Publishing startsYour monthly subscription starts from the order date, and the contracted posts are spread across the dates of each month.
- Check the originalsPublished posts accumulate in the client area; click a title to open the original.
Orders are accepted only from businesses registered in Korea. You will need a Korean business registration certificate; payment is by bank transfer in KRW, and we issue a Korean tax invoice. You can sign up and place orders in our client area, which is available in English.
Monthly subscription, renewal and cancellation

| Monthly subscription | Prices and post counts are based on a monthly subscription. It renews on the same day each month from the order date, and the full contracted number of posts is delivered even in shorter months. |
| Renewal | Pay for the next month to keep publishing. If payment is not confirmed, publishing for the next month stops. |
| Delivery commitment | Dates may shift, but the contracted number of posts is delivered within each monthly period. If we fall short for reasons on our side, we refund the share of that month's fee that corresponds to the posts not yet published. |
| Cancellation | You can request cancellation at any time. Before the first post is published, we refund in full; after publishing starts, we refund the fee in proportion to the posts not delivered. |

Add measurement to see changes in AI answers
AI Answer Measurement is a standalone service separate from publishing. Using your registered questions, we check answers from several AI services on a set schedule and compare your brand mentions with competitors. You can also use the publishing service alone.
