Refund Policy

General

1. Each product can be cancelled and refunded separately. Cancelling one product does not affect the use of other products. If you have paid in advance for the next subscription period and cancel before it begins, the fee for that period will be refunded in full.

2. Refund amounts include VAT, and an amended tax invoice will be issued for the refund amount.

3. Refunds are sent within 3 business days of the day we confirm your request, to the bank account from which you paid.

5. If you request cancellation before the first post is published, the full amount you paid will be refunded.

6. If you request cancellation after publishing has started, we will refund an amount proportional to the number of posts not yet published in that month's subscription period. For example, if you cancel a 30-post-per-month product after 10 posts have been published, two-thirds of the amount paid will be refunded. Posts already published are not eligible for a refund.

7. If, for reasons attributable to the Company, the contracted number of posts is not fulfilled within that month's subscription period, we will refund an amount proportional to the number of posts not delivered.
