Frequently asked questions
What is published, and where?
Informational posts are published on specialist media in your brand's field or on general lifestyle sites. Each post names your brand, one in every two posts links to your official page, and official sources such as public and research institutions are cited. We do not use advertising copy or unverifiable figures.
How is post quality managed?
Each post links at least two official sources to the sentences they support, and we check that the source page actually contains that information. Every post passes a separate quality review; flagged issues are fixed and reviewed again. Figures, awards and prices not in your registered brand description are not used.
How do I check the results?
After logging in, the project screen shows the title, medium and date of every published post, together with progress against your contracted number of posts. Click a title to open the original post.
Do you guarantee citations or mentions in AI answers?
No. How AI services form their answers is not something we or any third party can control. The Citation & Mention Network publishes the contracted number of evidence posts that AI can reference.
Can I use AI Answer Measurement on its own?
Yes. AI Answer Measurement is a standalone service. You can simply check how your brand is mentioned against competitors today, or use it alongside publishing to track change (from KRW 50,000 per month).
What is AI Question Spread?
AI Question Spread regularly enters prompts related to your published posts or official pages into several AI services, helping AI find that content and draw on it in answers. As a side effect, brand-related questions continue to be asked inside AI services. It does not guarantee citations or mentions (from KRW 120,000 per month).

After signing up and choosing the number of posts, you can download a quotation (PDF) in the client area. From KRW 390,000 per month for 30 posts, VAT excluded.
