Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by NXT (NEXT-T) (the "Company") on CiteMention, and the rights and obligations of the Company and members.

Article 2 (Services)

The Company provides the following products, and members may order each product separately. All products are provided as monthly subscriptions and renew on the same day each month from the start date (or on the last day of the month in months without that day). The contracted number of posts, measurements and prompt runs per month is the same regardless of the number of days in the month (28 to 31).

1. Citation & Mention Network: Based on the brand information registered by the member, the Company publishes posts mentioning the brand on media sites in the relevant industry. The number of posts follows the product ordered, and all posts are published in installments within each monthly subscription period. In months with fewer days, two or more posts may be published in a single day.

2. AI Answer Measurement: The Company enters the prompts registered by the member into the AI services being measured at the frequency ordered (monthly, every 2 weeks, or weekly), records mentions of the member's brand and competitors in the answers, and displays them on the member's dashboard.

3. AI Question Spread: The Company enters the prompts registered by the member into multiple AI services at the frequency ordered (every 2 days or daily). Members can check progress on their dashboard.

Article 3 (Eligibility and Formation of Contract)

The services are available to business customers only. The service contract is formed when the member submits a business registration certificate and orders a product, and provision of the product begins on the day the member pays for the first subscription period. The business registration certificate is submitted once at the start and resubmitted only if its contents change. The Company issues a tax invoice after verifying the business information.

Article 4 (Member Obligations)

Members must not register, as brand information or prompts, any brand information that is not true, any content that infringes the rights of others, or any content prohibited by applicable laws. The Company may decline to process requests containing such content and may restrict use if violations are repeated. Members are responsible for managing their account information and must not transfer their account to another person.

Article 5 (Publishing Standards)

The title, structure, and wording of Citation & Mention Network posts, and the media sites on which they are published, are determined by the Company. The Company will take into account the words and phrases to avoid and the key points to include that the member has registered, but may revise wording that does not meet a media site's editorial standards before publishing.

Article 6 (Management of Published Posts)

Copyright in published posts belongs to the Company. If a member reports a factual error in a published post, the Company will verify it and make corrections. As a rule, posts already published remain in place after the use of the service ends, but they may be revised or taken down depending on the media site's operating circumstances.

Article 7 (Payment)

Fees are paid in advance, by bank transfer, as a monthly subscription fee for each product. The first subscription period runs from the day the first fee is paid until the day before the same day of the following month, and subsequent renewal dates are based on that day. The fee for the next subscription period must be paid by the last day of the current subscription period. The Company will send the member an email 7 days and 1 day before the payment due date with the next subscription period, the amount, and the bank account. If payment is not confirmed by the due date, provision of the product will be paused from the day after the due date. If the fee is paid after the pause, a new subscription period begins on the day of payment and the service resumes, and subsequent renewal dates are based on that day. No fee is charged for the period during which the service was paused.

Article 8 (Cancellation and Refunds)

Members may request cancellation of each product at any time. Cancellation takes effect when the Company confirms the request, and refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Article 9 (Changes to and Suspension of Services)

The Company may adjust publishing, measurement, and spread schedules due to media site operations, outages or policy changes of AI services, equipment maintenance, or similar reasons, and even in such cases will fulfill the contracted number of posts, measurements and prompt runs within that month's subscription period. If the Company fails to fulfill the contracted number, it will refund the fee in proportion to the shortfall.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company does not guarantee that published posts or entered prompts will be reflected in any particular search result or AI answer. AI Answer Measurement results are records of answers at the time of measurement, and answers from AI services may vary over time. Except in the case of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company's liability for damages is limited to the fee for the relevant product paid by the member for the relevant monthly subscription period.

Article 11 (Changes to the Terms)

When the Company changes these Terms, it will post the effective date and the changes on this page at least 7 days before the effective date. Changes unfavorable to members will be posted at least 30 days before the effective date and also sent to members by email.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes relating to the use of the services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and if litigation is necessary, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the competent court.

Amended: November 2, 2026 (Articles 3 and 7: prepayment — the service starts on the day payment is confirmed, and the fee for the next subscription period is paid by the last day of the current period).
